Shipping Policy

GENERAL INFORMATION

FREE SHIPPING: Pix and Patch provides FREE standard ground shipping on all orders.

U.S. ONLY: Pix and Patch only ships to the 50 U.S. states and the District of Columbia at this time.
NO PO BOXES: Pix and Patch does not deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
NO OVERNIGHT DELIVERIES: Pix and Patch needs to print and fill your order. That process takes 2-4 business days. Therefore, we cannot guarantee your product will be printed, packed and shipped in time to deliver overnight. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we do not want to promise something we cannot deliver.

TIME NEEDED TO FULFILL AN ORDER

As noted, Pix and Patch fulfillment process typically takes 3-4 business days. Following fulfillment, your order will be shipped.

SHIPPING TIME

Once your order is shipped, it will take 5-8 business days for your order to arrive. Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (ex: December holiday season), shipments may be delayed by a few days.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, & TAXES

Pix and Patch is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc).

DAMAGES

Pix and Patch is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. 

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods to file a claim. (Photo proof my also be required.)
