Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase! If for some reason that's not the case, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we can identify the best way to handle the situation.

* Please note we do not accept returns without prior approval. You must contact us first via email at sarah@pixandpatch.com or visit our Contact page to initiate a return. See list of criteria below for acceptable conditions.

All orders are made & printed at the time you place your order, so in a sense, they’re all unique. Therefore, unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival, we cannot guarantee a refund or replacement.

If you believe there is a printing or production mistake, please document the issue and contact sarah@pixandpatch.com with the below info included:

  • Images of the issue/damage
  • Order number and Item ID number (if there is more than one item in the order)
  • A short explanation of the issue

If your item has been approved for return, the item must be scent free, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached. Please include your package slip with the return. 

Please remember, the item must be returned to us within 30 days and shipping is non-refundable (unless otherwise determined during approval process). 

Return address will be provided in approval communications.
